  Great Dog Wash! Helpful staff and a clean organized environment to wash your pet. They use fresh, not recycled water and the shampoo etc available through their wash are all top notch. Highly recommended.

  The DIY wash bays are pretty good but the staff there are a cluster. Been burnt twice by them now. Once I was quoted a price over the phone only to be told on picking my dogs up later that day that I had actually been underquoted by $20. Second time - I'd just washed my dog there in a bay & booked him in to get just his butt gland checked the following day. On dropping him off the next day I was told he would need a wash as well because, and I quote here, "they couldn't gaurentee that my dog wouldn't be covered in it". Needless to say, I passed on that terrific sales pitch lol. Never in 9 years have I heard that. Even most semi capable groomers can do their glands, give the dog's back end a quick wipe and they're done. So either their groomer is a complete amateur or the staff there are trying to fleece their customers as well? Stick to the DIY wash bays.
